Charges for delivery are not included in product prices, Our standard charges for UK mainland are:
- Total weight up to 500grams - £2.95
- Total weight up to 1250grams - £4.95
- Total weight above 1250grams - £7.95
If delivery is to an overseas destination please email sales@aspecialgiftltd.com before placing an order, and we will contact you with regard to delivery charges. Please note we reserve the right not to deliver to countries outside the E.U.
Items will generally be despatched within 7 days of receipt of order but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
In the event of an item being out of stock we will send you an email outlining your options:
- Offering you a refund for the value of the item ordered.
- Proposing an alternative item.
- Requesting that you specify an alternative.
Returns
For the reason of hygiene refunds and exchanges cannot be made on earrings or sets containing earrings.
If you wish to return or exchange a product you may do so within 7 days of date of despatch. The product you wish to return must be in saleable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, and we will consider the condition of the product being returned when we make a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).
Should you wish to return an item please email enquiries@aspecialgiftltd.com including order No. product code, the reason for return and whether you want a refund or replacement. We will email you back with instructions.
Note we will only refund the price of the item (not delivery charges) to the purchaser or exchange the product once it received by us.
